  • Served as senior vice president for the Pittsburgh Pirates as well as the Colorado Rockies where there Rockies broke an all-time major league baseball attendance record exceeding 4.8 million fans in one year
  • In 2000, Mullin became the senior vice president of marketing and team business for the NBA
  • After his 4 year stint with the NBA, he left to be the president and CEO of Atlanta Spirit, which was then comprised of the Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta Thrashers, and Philips Arena
  • Through his hard work, Mullin and his staff cut the $47 million a year deficit to $13 million and had all three programs reach successes during his time as CEO
  • Mullin founded the Aspire Group in 2008 in which the company focuses on sports marketing especially within collegiate athletics
  • Aspire focuses on changing the way new generations view a sporting experience by conducting research that gathers information based on spectators at games or at home and determining ticket and entertainment buying patterns
