As we look toward the 2026-27 school and sports year, we are seeking nominations for the next cohort of the DI-AAA ADA and FCS ADA Fellows Program. **Please note, you must be a current dues paying member for the 2026-27 year.

Candidates for this program are Deputy ADs and senior leaders who are in the final phases of preparing to advance their career to the AD role or a similar senior-level leadership role. This is a highly selective program. Up to 15 administrators will be selected to participate this year.

This program provides important preparation activities for the members of the Fellows cohort.

• First, each Fellow is paired with a current D1 Director of Athletics to help build important relationships, expand their professional network, and receive vital feedback and mentoring in their preparation to move to the AD role.
• Second, the Fellows participate in a monthly virtual meeting, which further broadens their network with search firm executives, presidents, commissioners, current/past ADs, and provides additional leadership development preparation.
• Third, the Fellows cohort will be recognized annually at the NACDA Convention with the ability to help qualify for some funding to help offset costs to attend.
