CLEVELAND, OH – The Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA) is proud to announce the individuals selected to serve as Ambassadors for the 2026-27 membership year. These Ambassadors will play a vital role in supporting CEFMA's mission to recruit, engage and retain a diverse membership within their respective divisions. The Ambassador Program, administered by the CEFMA Membership Committee in consultation with the CEFMA Board of Directors, is designed to enhance member engagement and support the continued growth of the association. Ambassadors assist the Board by participating in committee initiatives, recruiting and retaining members, engaging with colleagues throughout intercollegiate athletics and promoting CEFMA opportunities and resources.
The 2026-27 CEFMA Ambassadors Are:
Division I FBS
Justin Faur, Central Michigan University
Faur serves as the Director of Facilities and Event Operations at Central Michigan University. He oversees game operations for multiple sports, supervises a staff of more than 60 student workers and assists with facility scheduling and maintenance. A Central Michigan alumnus, Faur has coordinated numerous Mid-American Conference championship events and is an active member of CEFMA.
Jimmy DelGatto, West Virginia University
DelGatto is the Director of Facilities & Operations at West Virginia University, where he oversees the day-to-day operations of athletic facilities and events while supporting multiple Mountaineer sport programs. Prior to returning to WVU, he worked in event management at Ohio State University and gained additional collegiate athletics experience at the University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers University.
Division I FCS
Greg Zullo, Sacred Heart University
Zullo serves as Senior Associate Athletics Director for Internal Operations at Sacred Heart University. He oversees internal operations including team travel, facility scheduling, game contracts and home event management. Prior to Sacred Heart, he worked at Yale University where he managed facility rentals and coordinated championship-caliber events.
Darius Alleyne, Butler University
Alleyne is the Director of Athletic Facilities at Butler University. He joined Butler after serving as Director of Facilities at the University of Nevada, Reno and previously held facility and event management positions at Florida International University and Miami-Dade County Parks and Recreation. He brings extensive experience in athletic facility operations, event management and game day administration.
Division I Non-Football
Alex Blanchard, University of Vermont
Blanchard serves as Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations at the University of Vermont. He oversees facility operations, event management, scheduling, equipment operations and athletic capital projects while supervising multiple sport programs and operational units. Blanchard has spent nearly a decade with Vermont Athletics and was promoted to his current role in 2024.
Division II
Andy Dulku, Converse University
Dulku is the Director of Athletic Operations at Converse University. He manages athletic event operations and facility needs for the Valkyries after previous stops at Florida Gulf Coast University and Coastal Carolina University. His experience includes oversight of athletic facilities, student event staff and championship event operations.
Division III
Marlo Mincey-Vinson, Emory University
Mincey-Vinson serves as Assistant Director of Athletics Facilities and Events at Emory University. She oversees athletic facilities and coordinates events while bringing nearly two decades of experience in athletics, facility operations and event management. Her professional background includes leadership roles in collegiate athletics and facility management across Division I and Division III institutions.
At-Large
Shanice Abrams, University of Maryland
Abrams serves as the Director of Facilities, Operations, and Special Events at the University of Maryland. In this role, Abrams directs the comprehensive management, operational strategy, and scheduling for all athletic facilities to include SECU Stadium and Jones-Hill House. Additionally, she leads the athletic department's internship program, mentoring and developing the next generation of sports administration professionals.
