CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA), is pleased to announce the locations for its 2027 Regional Conferences.

CEFMA's Midwest Regional Conference will be hosted by the NCAA and Indiana University on February 9, 2027, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The West Coast Regional Conference will be hosted by Stanford University in Stanford, CA, with the event date to be announced in the coming weeks.

The Conferences are designed to provide collegiate athletics facilities, operations and event management professionals with affordable, accessible professional development opportunities focused on industry best practices, peer-to-peer learning and meaningful networking.

"Regional Conferences continue to be one of the most valuable ways for our members to connect, collaborate and learn from one another," said CEFMA President Nick Nagel, Associate AD, Facilities, Event Operations & Capital Projects at Georgia Tech. "By bringing educational programming closer to our members, we're able to create spaces for valuable discussion, idea sharing and relationship building among professionals who face many of the same challenges and opportunities on their campuses."

Additional information, including agendas, registration details and the Stanford Conference date, will be announced as they become available.
