This mentorship-focused panel features voices across experience levels—from newcomers to seasoned pros—sharing honest insights on job transitions, staying power, mentorship, and navigating your path in college athletics administration. The CABMA Mentor Me program is a one (1) year program that pairs an experienced athletics business professional (First Line Mentor) with an emerging professional (Protégé) in the industry. Mentor Me is designed to foster professional career and personal growth, as well as encourage an organizational commitment to CABMA by connecting members, empowering them with knowledge, and ultimately allowing them to grow and lead.
