NACMA and ACS Athletics Enter Partnership - LAUNCH IDEA EXCHANGE BOARD

Feb. 2, 2009

Idea and Exchange Board Sign-Up

Cleveland, Ohio - The National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) has announced a one-year partnership with ACS Athletics to host a NACMA Idea Exchange Board.

The new board will allow NACMA members to share ideas without the "inbox overload" that may have occurred in your e-mail while using the listserv. The Idea Exchange Board is an online message board that will allow for archiving of posts. The public relations committee of the NACMA Board will monitor the board and create forums as needed. Some of the topic forums that will be generated include: revenue generation, game atmosphere and promotions, sponsor elements, technology, vendors and updates on the association from the Board of Directors.

"We are excited about this new technology partnership with ACS Athletics," stated NACMA President Dennis Kalina, associate athletic director for development, Gonzaga. "We look forward to offering our members an up and coming way to share ideas across a common platform."

The Idea Exchange Board will only be available to NACMA members and will replace the current NACMA listserv. Details on how to sign-up for the Idea Exchange Board has been sent out to the membership.
