CLEVELANDÂ - The National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) is proud to announce the 2025-26 NACMA Mid-Level Cohort. The Cohort is aimed at providing tailored tools, training, resources and networking opportunities to mid-level marketing professionals.

Current NACMA President and Assistant Vice President/Deputy Director of Athletics at Fairfield University Zach Dayton reflected, "The Mid-Level Cohort Program is a dynamic professional development experience designed for emerging leaders in collegiate athletics marketing and revenue generation. It provides participants with essential skills, strategic insight, and meaningful connections to advance their careers and drive impact across the industry."
Participants will meet monthly virtually and will conclude with an in-person session at the 2026Â Convention in Las Vegas.
