Event Registration Information
CLICK HERE to register for the event. You must be a member of ICLA in order to attend and register for the ICLA Winter Symposium.
The Winter Symposium registration also includes access to the
Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show (January 21-23, 2026) for any non-exhibiting registrants.
As part of the Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show (SLATS) new registration platform, the ICLA office will send a list of Desert Cactus ICLA Winter Symposium registrants to SLATS who will complete your registration. You DO NOT need to register for SLATS separately, it will be taken care of.

Winter Symposium Stipend Information
The purpose of the Winter Symposium Stipend Program is to attract ICLA college/university members who desire to excel in the collegiate licensing industry. This initiative seeks professionals who want to advance their trademark and licensing career, enhance their ability to raise funds for their institution, and create significant networking opportunities with numerous collegiate licensing administrators and industry experts.

Hotel & Transportation Information

Through ICLA's partnership with SLATS, the main block of rooms will be at the SAHARA. Limited blocks are available at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World and the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel. We are waiting on information from SLATS regarding our hotel room blocks. We will send information when we receive it.
