ICLA Launches Mentorship Program Applications

CLEVELAND - The International Collegiate Licensing Association (ICLA) Board of Directors is pleased to announce applications for the 2025-26 ICLA Mentorship Program are open. ICLA leadership has updated the timing of the program to better align with the membership year.

The ICLA Mentorship Program is a resource for ICLA members who desire to increase their understanding of the collegiate licensing industry, while becoming more involved with the Association. This is a tremendous professional development opportunity that brings together collegiate licensing newcomers and industry experts.

Each candidate (mentee) will be paired with up to two mentors - one institutional member and one affiliate member. Mentors will be charged with sharing their experiences in an effort to develop relationships, increase their mentee's understanding of the industry and further the sharing of policies and best practices. The 2025-26 mentee class will begin the program at the start of the academic year,  and will graduate at the 2026 NACDA and Affiliates Convention in Las Vegas.

Program participants are expected to attend both 2026 Desert Cactus ICLA Winter Symposium and 2026 NACDA and Affiliates Convention, both in Las Vegas. Registration fees for program participants are covered as part of the Mentorship Program.

In order to be selected, applicants must commit to being a 2025-26 ICLA member. Verification of membership status will occur prior to the start of the program.
