CLEVELAND –The National Association of Division III Athletics Administrators (NADIIIAA) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Dr. G. Anthony Grant and Nikki Ayers to its esteemed Board of Directors.

Dr. G. Anthony Grant

Dr. G. Anthony Grant, Director of Athletics at MIT, enters his fifth year leading one of the most comprehensive Division III athletics programs in the country. Under his leadership, MIT has achieved remarkable athletics and academic success, with the Engineers finishing in the top 10 of the Division III Learfield Directors' Cup in recent years, including a second-place finish in 2022-2023. Grant has overseen several key initiatives, including a successful rebranding effort, a record-breaking fundraising campaign, and a $5 million renovation to the varsity athletics weight room. His leadership extends beyond MIT as he is also involved with NACDA, NADIIIAA, and MOAA.

Nikki Ayers

Nikki Ayers, Director of Athletics at Juniata College, brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the board. With a strong background in athletics administration, she has excelled at various institutions, including Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, where she served in multiple roles, including associate AD/SWA and deputy Title IX coordinator. Ayers is deeply involved in collegiate athletics at the national level, currently serving as a member of the NCAA Division III Men's Volleyball Committee and as its chair in 2024. She is also active in NACDA, NADIIIAA, and Women Leaders in College Sports. A decorated soccer player, she was inducted into Juniata's Hall of Fame in 2018 and continues to contribute to the field through her leadership and service.

Both Dr. Grant and Ayers bring unique expertise and dedication to the NADIIIAA Board. Their combined experience in athletics administration and their unwavering commitment to supporting student-athletes will help guide the future of Division III athletics.

We extend our congratulations to Dr. G. Anthony Grant and Nikki Ayers on their appointments and look forward to their continued contributions to the success and growth of Division III athletics.
