Developing the Next Generation of Division III Athletic Directors, The National Association of Division III Athletic Administrators (NADIIIAA) is proud to launch the Future Athletic Directors Mentorship Program, a new professional development initiative designed to prepare and support the next generation of NCAA Division III athletics leaders.
The program is intended for aspiring Athletics Directors currently serving in senior athletics administration roles and provides participants with direct mentorship, leadership development opportunities, and meaningful exposure to the responsibilities of leading an intercollegiate athletics department
Each year, eleven participants will be selected to participate in the program and paired with a member of the NADIIIAA Board of Directors, all of whom currently serve as NCAA Division III Athletics Directors. Participants will also receive a stipend of up to $2,500 to support their engagement in the program and attendance at the annual NACDA Convention.
