CLEVELAND - The National Association of Division III Athletics Administrators (NADIIIAA) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jason Doviak and Lesley Irvine to its esteemed Board of Directors.
Jason Doviak
Jason Doviak, in his ninth year as director of athletics at Alfred State College, is a respected leader in Division III athletics, recognized for his extensive service and impact at the national level. Through his leadership, Alfred State has experienced significant facility upgrades and continued growth in competitive success across its athletic programs, strengthening both the student-athlete experience and the overall profile of Pioneer athletics. Equally important, the department has maintained a strong and consistent commitment to academic excellence.
He has contributed to the governance of collegiate athletics through roles on several key NCAA committees, including the NCAA Championships Committee and the NCAA Committee on Women's Athletics (CWA), where he served as Chair. Doviak has also served on the NCAA Diversity and Inclusion Awards Committee and as Vice-Chair of the NCAA Baseball Committee, demonstrating a strong commitment to equity and sport-specific excellence. In addition, he has been involved with the NADIIIAA Awards Committee and multiple Regional Advisory Committees, further underscoring his leadership and dedication to Division III athletics.
Lesley Irvine
Lesley Irvine has served as vice president and director of athletics at Colorado College since 2019, providing strategic, values-driven leadership for a multidivisional program featuring Division III and Division I sports. Known for building strong cultures and high-performing teams, she has guided the department through a period of transformation focused on competitive excellence, academic success, and student-athlete development. Irvine has led major capital projects and fundraising initiatives while strengthening campus and community partnerships, and she brings a deep commitment to developing individuals and programs that thrive.
Nationally, Irvine has served on the Women Leaders in Sport Board as the Division III member nominee, is a founding board member of WeCOACH, and has contributed her expertise through service on multiple NCAA Championship committees, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advancing women leaders and the broader collegiate athletics landscape.
