NAADD Announces 2024-25 Officers and Executive Committee

CLEVELAND  – The National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) selected Jennifer Montgomery, executive director of development for athletics at George Washington University, to serve as President for the 2024-25 membership year.

"I am so appreciative of all NAADD has done for me professionally and personally," Montgomery said. "I am thankful for everyone who I met through NAADD and has impacted my career over the last 25 years. I am honored to serve as the 33rd President of NAADD and look forward to serving our membership through these changing times of college athletics. I would like to thank Ryan White for his leadership as President this past year and for his years of friendship. We set all-time records with membership and convention attendance in Las Vegas! The NAADD Executive Committee will continue to grow this organization, not just in size, but in scope and focus of the current and future state of collegiate athletics development. I highly encourage you to take part in all the programming throughout the upcoming year and hope to see you in Orlando for the Convention! The executive committee of NAADD is committed to serve you, so please reach out if we can be of help.  Let's have a great year!"
 
Montgomery takes over for Past President Ryan White, executive director of the Razorback Foundation at the University of Arkansas, who served as NAADD President for the 2023-24 membership year.

Joining Montgomery as Officers will be 1st Vice President Grant Kelly, senior associate AD and director of development at Johns Hopkins University, 2nd Vice President and Secretary Matt Borman, president and CEO, Tiger Athletics Foundation at LSU; and Haven Fields, deputy AD and COO, at University of Nebraska, as 3rd Vice President and Treasurer.

Alongside the 2024-25 Officers, the Executive Committee will work to advance and continue to develop the Association. The 2024-25 Executive Committee will consist of: Cara Abraham, director of athletics development at College of Holy Cross; Rob Clark, associate AD for development at the University of Utah; Howard Milton, executive senior associate AD, development at the University of Illinois; Mahmood Sheikh, senior associate AD/development and VSF executive director at the University of Idaho; Beth Tafolla-Voetsch, senior associate AD and chief development officer at the University of California, Berkeley; Jamar Thompson, associate AD for external affairs at University of Northern Iowa; Jena Virga, executive director of the ODAF at Old Dominion University; and Erin Wissing, executive senior associate AD/development & alumni relations at Furman University.
