CLEVELAND – With NAADD membership at an all-time high and our organization expanding opportunities as a year-round resource for athletics development professionals, our NAADD Executive Committee is seeking your help in identifying outstanding professionals to be considered for leadership positions on the committee.
Starting this year, candidates may self nominate.

The NAADD Executive Committee serves as a leadership resource for all member institutions, with committee members each serving a four-year term, in this year's case, from July 2026Â until June 2030.

A substantial task each year for the Committee is the preparation, planning and implementation of our Annual Convention each June. Nominees expressing an interest in the NAADD Executive Committee must be the head of development at their institution. The committee will also consider the following:
- Conference affiliation
- Divisional affiliation (i.e. Football Bowl Subdivision, Division II, etc.)
- Geographic location
- Gender and ethnicity
- Years in athletics development
- Years of NAADD membership
- Years of participation at the NAADD Convention as an attendee, speaker or volunteer
- Submitted nominations for NAADD awards
The following is the timeline for nominations:
- March 13, 2026Â - Nomination deadline
- April 20-24Â 2026Â - Nominating Committee phone interviews with finalists
- June 2026Â - Announce New Executive Committee Members
