National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) has selected
Dr. Kayleigh MCauley-Sayer, director of member services at
 Move United, as President for the 2023-24 membership year.

"I am honored to serve as the 48
th President of N4A, the global leader for academic and student-athlete development practitioners," McCauley-Sayer stated. "N4A has been a critical part of my personal and professional development throughout my career. I cannot wait to offer incredible opportunities for our members throughout the year – we will continue to offer cornerstone programming for academic and student-athlete development professionals while expanding resources as the profession evolves. Our theme this year is Plant Your Legacy, focusing on the professional family tree, the legacy that we leave behind, and the 'shoulders,' of those who have come before us, on which we stand."
"I am excited to bring my Member Services experience from Move United to N4A," said McCauley-Sayer. "I plan to focus on member engagement, member communication strategies, new member onboarding and programming for executive level leaders. We also have a lot of work ahead of us with the next phase of our Strategic Plan and preparing for the 2023 DEI Summit which will occur virtually on October 25, 2023."

Jackie Nicholson, executive director of intercollegiate athletics at Rochester Institute of Technology, who will move into the role of Immediate Past President. Additionally,
Dr. Ron Moses, executive senior associate director of athletics, internal operations and student-athlete welfare at Old Dominion University and
Liz Reyes, associate director of athletics, Illini Way Student-Athlete Development at University of Illinois; will join the N4A Officer ranks as the new 1
st and 2
nd Vice President, respectively.

Antwan Joseph, associate athletics director for student-athlete support services at UAB;
Dr. Joe Luckey, senior associate AD/student-athlete support services at University of Cincinnati;
Katie Martinez, assistant director of athletics / student-athlete career development at the University of Missouri;
Meredith McCall, director of football academics at the University of Utah;
Dr. Marissa Nichols, associate athletics director, student-athlete development at University of California-Berkeley;
J.R. Pulido, assistant director of athletic academic advising at University of the Incarnate Word,
Kelsi Schaer, director of student-athlete development at University of Pittsburgh;
Aaron Tillman, assistant director of student-athlete development at Florida State University;
Jenny Womack, associate director at North Carolina State University and
Angela Wyss, assistant athletics director for student-athlete academic support services at Xavier University.
