Final Standings .... Final Conference Standings

CLEVELAND
– The Stanford Cardinal secured its 26th overall LEARFIELD Directors' Cup back on June 13 and finished 2022-23 with 1412.00 total points after the College World Series.

Stanford claimed three national titles – men's gymnastics, women's rowing and women's water polo - while also tallying five top-3 finishes (women's swimming and diving, women's golf, softball, women's tennis, and men's outdoor track and field). Overall, Stanford scored in 3 of 4 countable sports, along with 15 additional total sports. The following scores were removed – women's cross country and soccer, women's gymnastics, men's indoor track and field, wrestling, women's outdoor track and field, and fencing - due to the maximum additional sports to be counted is 15.

Texas finished runner-up with 1370.50 total points and captured a pair of national championships – women's volleyball and women's outdoor track and field. In addition, the Longhorns earned runner-up finishes in women's swimming and diving and women's indoor track and field. Texas scored in all 4 countable sports (women's volleyball, women's basketball, men's basketball, baseball), along with 15 additional sports. Overall, one sport was omitted from the final standings, women's cross country.

The Buckeyes of Ohio State are in third with 1170.75 points and tallied 11 top-10 finishes among the 19 total sports that they scored in. Due to scoring in more than the 15 additional sports, seven scores were omitted in the final total, women's soccer, men's gymnastics, men' indoor track and field, women's golf, men's and women's outdoor track and field, and men's volleyball.

Rounding out the top-five is Virginia in fourth with 1105.50 points, including a pair of national titles in women's swimming and diving and men's tennis, and Florida in fifth with 1091.50 points, including national championships in men's golf and men's outdoor track and field. The Gators finished runner-up in the most recent College World Series. This is Virginia's highest finish in the final standings of the Directors' Cup since the 2013-14 season when it also placed fourth.
