The International Collegiate Licensing Association (ICLA) has opened the application process for the ICLA Awards which includes the 2022-23 Synergy Award (and its subcategories), the Service Award, and the ICLA Hall of Fame. The application deadline for all three awards is Sunday, September 10, 2023. 
 

ICLA Synergy Award presented by 4imprint

NEW THIS YEAR: Applicants should submit materials from the 2022-23 academic year. Due to the timing change, materials from January 2022 - June 2022 will also be accepted. The winners will be recognized at the 2024 Desert Cactus ICLA Winter Symposium. The ICLA Synergy Award was created to recognize the leading institution in the country for their holistic approach to five categories: Revenue Generation, Brand Protection, Campus Collaboration/Impact, External Collaboration/Impact/Commitment to Licensing, and Innovation/Vision. In addition to the Synergy Award, universities can apply for and be recognized in each of the five (5) subcategories of the Synergy Award mentioned above. Both the overall ICLA Synergy Award and the awards for each of its subcategories will be voted on by an awards committee. You do NOT need to be nominated to apply for the Synergy Award or one of its subcategories. ICLA Service Award

This honor is awarded to an organization or individual for showing a commitment to the collegiate licensing process either on a local, regional, or national level, and going beyond the call of duty to service the licensing industry. This honor is awarded on a year-to-year basis and isn't necessarily awarded annually. This award will be reviewed and voted on by an awards committee. Extra materials will NOT be accepted after the close of the application form.

ICLA Hall of Fame

This honor is awarded to an individual who has demonstrated a history of solid contributions to the field as a pioneer/innovator in the collegiate licensing industry or has had a dramatic impact in the licensing industry in recent years. The Hall of Fame Award was formerly known as the Distinguished Service Award.  To nominate someone for the Hall of Fame: Review the Hall of Fame criteria CLICK HERE  to access the nomination form Note: Hall of Fame candidates are not notified of their candidacy unless they are selected for induction. ALL support material for the Hall of Fame candidate must be submitted during this phase of the process.
