CLEVELAND – The International Collegiate Licensing Association (ICLA) is pleased to announce the mentee and mentor selections for the 2025-26 Mentorship Program.
"The ICLA Mentorship Program continues to be a cornerstone of our association, fostering growth and connection across the collegiate licensing industry," said current ICLA President and Director, Licensing and Trademarks at Indiana University, Kimberly Spino. "This program allows mentees to gain invaluable insight from experienced mentors, while also strengthening the professional network and community that make ICLA so unique. Each pairing is asked to connect monthly at minimum, and mentees are asked to participate on an ICLA committee throughout the year. In addition, Mentorship Program pairings will be partaking in several professional development opportunities throughout the year.
