Division I LEARFIELD Standings - Final Winter

CLEVELAND
– The Buckeyes of Ohio State have almost a 110-point lead heading into the spring LEARFIELD Directors' Cup standings. Ohio State has tallied 1017.25 total points, finishing fifth in men's ice hockey, seventh in men's gymnastics and ninth in women's gymnastics.
 
The Stanford Cardinal are in second with 908.00 total points. In the most recent championships, the Stanford men's gymnastics team took home the title, while the women's gymnastics team finished 17th overall.
 
Rounding out the top-five is Penn State in third with 802.00 points, Texas in fourth with 758.75 points and Michigan in fifth with 737.25 points.
 
The Nittany Lions finished fifth overall in men's gymnastics and 17th on the women's side, while also finishing fifth in men's ice hockey to break into the top-five in the final winter standings.
 
Two-time winner, Texas scored in six winter championships, with five top-10 finishes, including a runner-up finish in women's indoor track and field.
 
Michigan broke into the top-five in the final winter standings after hovering close at the end of the fall season and the first set of winter scoring. The Wolverines have scored in eight winter championships, including finishing second overall in the most recent men's gymnastics championship and tied for third in men's ice hockey.
 
CONFERENCE
At the conference level, the SEC leads all Division I conferences with seven institutions in the top-25 – Alabama (7th), Arkansas (9th), Tennessee (11th), Georgia (13th), LSU (15th), Kentucky (16th), and Florida (25th).

The spring Division I LEARFIELD Directors' Cup standings will be updated and published in mid-June.
