National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) selectedÂ
Dan Cloran, executive associate athletics director, development at The Ohio State University, to serve as President for the 2022-23 membership year.
"I don't think anything has influenced my career more than my affiliation with NAADD," stated Cloran. "Through NACDA, I have built so many friendships and have leaned on so many experts, whom I've met over the years, to make informed decisions… both personally and professionally. I am humbled to be the 31
st president of NAADD. I have great relationships with those who have served as president of NAADD in the past and am honored to now serve in honor of that impressive group of people. We will continue to grow this organization, not just in size, but in scope and focus of the current and future state of collegiate athletics development. I want to thank all of those who have made an impact on my life and leadership because of NAADD and thank everyone for their great support as we move towards the 2022-2023 academic year. I want to thank Markus Jennings for his service as president of NAADD this past year and for his friendship. The executive committee of NAADD is here to serve you, so please reach out if we could ever do anything for you. Let's have a great year!!! Cloran takes over for Past PresidentÂ
Markus Jennings, deputy athletics director and chief operating officer at the University of Akron, who served as NAADD President for the 2021-22 membership year.
Joining Cloran as Officers will be 1
st Vice PresidentÂ
Ryan White, senior associate AD for development at the University of Kansas, 2
nd Vice President and SecretaryÂ
Jennifer Montgomery, executive director of development for athletics at George Washington University; and
Grant Kelly, senior associate AD and director of development at Johns Hopkins University, as 3
rd Vice President and Treasurer.
Alongside the 2022-23 Officers, the Executive Committee will work to advance and continue to develop the Association. The 2022-23 Executive Committee will consist of:Â
Emily Boone, associate AD for development and strategy at the University of Denver;
Matt Borman, president and CEO, Tiger Athletics Foundation at LSU;
Tim Collins, senior associate AD for development at Fresno State University;
Haven Fields, deputy AD at Ball State University;
 Marcy Lanoue,
 senior associate AD, chief development officer and SWA at the University of San Diego;
Michael Oblinger, senior associate AD for external affairs at the University of Connecticut;
Mahmood Sheikh, senior associate AD/development and VSF executive director at the University of Idaho;Â
Mitch Straub, deputy AD/Cougar Athletics Fund at Washington State University.
