Daktronics Cup Final Fall Standings Announced

CLEVELAND – The National Alliance of Two Year College Athletic Administrators (NATYCAA) has released the final fall standings for the prestigious Daktronics Cup.
 
Iowa Western Community College leads the way in the NJCAA Scholarship Division and the LEARFIELD Directors' Cup, the College of DuPage is at the front of the pack in the NJCAA Non-Scholarship Division and Mt. San Antonio College is the leader of the State Associations Division.
 
Below are the complete top-10 standings following the conclusion of the fall sports season.

SCHOLARSHIP DIVISION
The Reivers of Iowa Western Community College won national championships in men's and women's soccer, claimed second place finishes in men's and women's cross country and football, as well as a seventh-place national finish in women's volleyball to earn their first place standing with 104.5 points in the NJCAA Scholarship Division. Heartland Community College holds down the second spot in the Scholarship Division standings with 81.5 points, followed by Cowley College in third place with 70.5 points. 
 
NON-SCHOLARSHIP DIVISION
Leading the NJCAA Non-Scholarship Division is the College of DuPage, who used a national championship in football and third place finishes in men's and women's cross country to earn 56 points. Suffolk County Community College sits in second with 48.5 points and Oxford College of Emory University occupies third with 46 points. 

STATE ASSOCIATIONS DIVISION
The Mounties of Mt. San Antonio College used first place finishes in women's cross country, men's soccer and wrestling as well as a second place finish in men's cross country and a third-place finish in women's soccer to earn their 96.5 points, putting them in the lead of the State Associations Division. Hartnell College follows in second place with 76 points, followed by Whatcom Community College in third place with 63.5 points. 

LEARFIELD  DIRECTORS' CUP
In the LEARFIELD Directors' Cup fall standings, Iowa Western Community College leads all two-year institutions with 107.5 total points followed by Mt. San Antonio College (96.5 pts.), Heartland Community College (84.5 pts.) the College of DuPage (82.0 pts.) and Hartnell College (76.0 pts) rounding out the top-five following the fall championships.
 

NATYCAA_DaktronicsStandings for the Daktronics Cup (formerly NATYCAA Cup) are calculated three times over the course of the academic year; once at the end of the fall, once following the conclusion of the winter seasons and finally after the spring sports seasons. The Daktronics Cup Awards will be presented at the Annual NATYCAA Convention, June 26-29, at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
