Advice to Current Athletics Administrators? My advice is make sure your student-athletes are your number one priority. The decisions you make and policies you create should be to benefit their personal, academic and athletic development. One of the most important duties is to hire coaches who believe in this philosophy. Wins and losses come and go, but people remember the type of impact you had on them.

Favorite College/Professional Sports Teams? Detroit Tigers, Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Sabers

Favorite Retired Activity? Golf, bike and work out

Favorite Memory from NATYCAA Events? As most, I do not have one favorite memory, but several. I really enjoyed the friendships and personal connections that I made. NATYCAA has been a very important organization in my professional development. And of course, I always loved the golf outings!
