CLEVELAND – In the first set of fall Division I Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup standings,
Stanford leads with 211.50 total points, while the
ACC leads all conferences with three institutions in the top-10 –
Boston College,
Virginia and
Notre Dame.
DI FALL UPDATE
The top-five institutions in the first round of standings all scored in the Division I Cross Country Championships. The Cardinal tallied three top-10 finishes – 3
rd (women's cross country), 6
th (men's cross country) and 9
th (field hockey).
BYU is second after finishing 1
st in men's cross country and 2
nd in women's cross country. In third with 188 points is
Michigan with a pair of top-10 finishes (men's cross country, field hockey) and 13
th overall in women's cross country. Rounding out the top-five with one point separating the pair are
Colorado and
Northern Arizona, 152.50-151.50.
