1. Why did you become involved in the NAIA-ADA?
I wanted to continue my professional growth and have a voice for the institution and division.

2. What is your favorite part about being a member of the NAIA-ADA?
My favorite part is working with peers that can relate to similar situations in athletics.

3. What is the biggest challenge to working in a university environment?
Work life balance is the biggest challenge.

4. What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment to date?
My biggest accomplishment has been being a mother.

I decided to pursue a career in collegiate athletics when I was in college at Dillard University.

It has allowed me to stay connected with my peers and have firsthand knowledge of new rules and bylaws; this has helped my professional growth.

Being a high school teacher

Believe in yourself and get with a mentor that is willing to talk, listen and help you grow.

Going to the movies, family time activities and relaxing in the sun.
20. What are you most looking forward to at the next NAIA or NACDA Convention?
Learning more about the future of NAIA/Athletics while connecting with old friends and making new friends.
