NAIA-ADA Announces 2026 Convention Stipend Winners

CLEVELAND – The NAIA Athletics Directors Association (NAIA-ADA) is proud to announce the stipend recipients of the NAIA-ADA Convention Stipend Program. 
The 2026 NAIA-ADA Convention Stipend Program assists recipients in covering expenses associated with registration, lodging, and/or travel for either the NAIA Convention in Kansas City, MO and the NACDA Convention in Las Vegas, NV.

The following individuals are the 2026 NAIA Convention Stipend recipients:
  • Susan Decker, Baker University
  • Susan Syljebeck, Sienna Heights University
The following individuals are the 2026 NACDA Convention Stipend recipients:
  • Damon Bouwkamp, Aquinas College
  • Jonathon Burton, Reinhardt University
  • Ron Pavan, Cumberland University
  • Darnell Smith, Texas A&M University-San Antonio
