NAIA Athletics Directors Association

NAIA-ADA Announces 2025-29 Strategic Plan

CLEVELAND – The NAIA Athletics Directors Association (NAIA-ADA) is pleased to present the association's Strategic Plan which aligns with our purpose to Promote, Engage, and Empower our members. This plan was developed in partnership with the Board of Directors and included feedback from the membership through focus groups of athletics directors, senior women leaders, and other athletic administrators. The Strategic Plan has four (4) priorities:
  1. Foster productive and meaningful connections
  2. Enhance membership value
  3. Improve internal operating processes
  4. Establish Models for the Right Way to Play
The priorities focus on providing value to our members while collaborating with the NAIA, other associations, and stakeholders. Additionally, we are working to standardize our internal operating processes to support continuity as leadership changes occur within our volunteer organization. The Plan will begin internally in the spring of 2025 with a launch of plan initiatives beginning in the 2025-26 member year and continuing through the spring of 2029.

We would like to thank all members and the NAIA national office for their assistance in this process.
