CLEVELAND – In the first set of fall Division II Learfield IMG College Directors' Cup standings,
Adams State leads out the gate by a mere five points over
Colorado School of Mines, 190-185 total points.
DII FALL UPDATE
The top-five institutions in the first round of standings all scored in the Division II Cross Country Championships over the weekend.
The Grizzlies of Adams State were a one-two punch, taking home first on the women's side and finishing second on the men's side. Colorado School of Mines took home first on the men's side and finished third overall on the women's side. With 170 total points,
Grand Valley State is in third overall after second and fourth place finishes.
Chico State (7
th-W, 3
rd-M) and
Western Colorado (4
th-W, 7
th-M) round out the top five with 157 and 152 total points, respectively.
