Why did you become involved in NADIIIAA and what has the experience been like so far?
NADIIIAA is a great resource for industry colleagues to share knowledge, best practices and bounce ideas off each other. It provides the opportunity for collaboration in addressing challenges and celebrating success across our extremely diverse division.

What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment to date?
Leading the charge in planning and executing the largest football game in DIII history to date (St. Thomas vs. Saint John's at Target Field, September 23, 2017 – 37,355 people).

What is the most important skill you have developed in your career?
Empowerment through responsibility and delegation.

What is your favorite part of being involved in DIII athletics?
Being a part of the development journey that our student-athletes go through during our four years together.

If you didn't have a career in DIII athletics administration, what would you be doing?
Professional sports; planning high profile and major league-wide events.

What is your favorite place to visit?
Capetown, South Africa and Banff, Alberta.

What is your favorite sporting event you have ever attended?
Waste Management Phoenix Open and sitting on the auxiliary bench during the 2017 NHL Winter Classic weekend at Busch Stadium.
