The mission of N4A Consulting 360 is to utilize N4A expertise to provide cost-effective evaluation and assessment services to institutions, specific to the areas of academic & student-athlete development.  The Division Director of Institutional Services serves as the lead of N4A Consulting 360, which is responsible for the following:

• overseeing the recruitment, selection, and training of N4A consultants providing institution services
• ensuring the quality control of all institution services, including the development of new programs, and modification  of current programming in alignment with NCAA rules, and needs identified within the industry 
• reviewing and approving of final reports for the Program Review, Academic Integrity Assessment, and SADev 360 as completed by  N4A consultants for distribution to the institution 
• in coordination with NACDA, promoting N4A institution services to institution leadership and other stakeholders 

N4A Consulting 360 commits to assisting programs as they elevate their standards and practices to evolve in the ever-changing landscape of collegiate athletic academic support and student-athlete development.  With an established team of leaders and consultants, institutions can expect an individualized approach and recommendations to aid programs in driving implementation for student-athlete success.
