CLEVELAND – The International Collegiate Licensing Association (ICLA) is pleased to announce the mentee and mentor selections for the 2026-27 Mentorship Program.
"The ICLA Mentorship Program remains one of the most impactful ways we support the growth and development of professionals across the collegiate licensing industry," said current ICLA President and Executive Director, Licensing, Strategic Partnerships and Retail Engagement at Duke University, Shelly Terry. "By connecting emerging leaders with experienced industry professionals, this program creates valuable opportunities for learning, collaboration, and career advancement. The relationships built through mentorship strengthen our community and help ensure a bright future for collegiate licensing. Each pairing is asked to connect monthly at minimum, and mentees are asked to participate on an ICLA committee throughout the year. In addition, Mentorship Program pairings will be partaking in several professional development opportunities throughout the year.
