As most of us are working on our respective annual budget submissions with necessary partners, we wanted to offer a session to hear from a wide range of experience and perspectives when it comes to all things budget development from the business office lens. The panel will cover best practices and tips and tricks on all things involved in the Budget Development process (Zero based budgeting, Revenue Forecasting, Budget Templates and Timelines, etc).
