NACMA Launches 2025-26 Mentorship Program Application

CLEVELAND - The National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) is excited to launch the annual application process for the 2025-26 NACMA Mentorship Program. Additionally, to further strengthen the Mentorship Program and broaden networking opportunities, NACMA has added a new option to this year's program – the mentorship cohort.

NACMA members now have the option to participate in either the traditional one-on-one mentorship model or join a small group of mentees as part of a collaborative mentorship group. Each group will consist of one mentor and 3–4 mentees, fostering a dynamic environment for shared learning and connection. These groups are encouraged to meet monthly, offering mentees the opportunity to gain insights not only from their mentor but also from their peers—broadening professional networks and enhancing opportunities for engagement and support.

Those who would like to participate in the NACMA Mentorship Program should complete one or both of the surveys below. At the conclusion of the application process, the Personal and Professional Development committee will complete the pairings.

  • Apply to be a MENTEE here
The deadline to apply for this year's NACMA Mentorship Program is Friday, October 17, 2025, with calls scheduled to begin in November.

As a reminder, you are more than welcome to sign up to be both a mentor and mentee, your knowledge and experience is always valuable to others. Participants will be contacted in November and are encouraged to communicate at least once per month, in addition to participating in various year-round programming through NACMA.

The hope is that all participants will establish a tremendous relationship with their mentor/mentee/cohort throughout the year and meet in person during the annual NACMA Convention, which will be held June 7-10, 2026 in Las Vegas, NV, if able to attend.

You must be a paid, 2025-26 NACMA member in order to participate. If you still need to renew your membership, please login to your account at members.nacda.com or email membership@nacda.com for assistance.

We look forward to your participation in the NACMA Mentorship Program.
