NAAC Announces 2025-26 Leadership

CLEVELAND – Alic'a Oliver, senior associate AD-compliance and impact at the University of North Texas (UNT), moves from 1st vice president of the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC) to President for the 2025-26 membership year.

"As we look to navigate this unprecedented time in college athletics, I am honored to serve the talented and dedicated professionals that represent NAAC," stated Oliver. "Continuing the work of our previous leadership, I and the NAAC board look forward to working alongside our membership as thought partners and advocates to advance the practitioner voice and bring forth meaningful change."

Additionally, Michael Sainte, associate commissioner, Atlantic 10 Conference, will serve as the 1st VP; Aaron Hosmon, senior associate AD for compliance and regulatory affairs, Northwestern University, moves into the 2nd VP role and Carly Grimshaw, executive associate AD – sport admin/compliance at the Ohio State University will serve as the new 3rd vice president for the upcoming year.

Immediate Past President Kristy Bannon, executive senior associate AD-compliance & student affairs at Temple University, will continue to serve in a leadership capacity throughout the next year.

  • Brittany Watts, University of Southern Mississippi
  • Tyler Wright, Baylor University
