CLEVELAND – The
Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA) has selected
Megan Larson, assistant AD, operations and events at University of Washington, as President for the 2025-26 membership year.
"It is an honor and privilege to be the President of CEFMA and serve the dedicated members of our organization," said Larson. "We may work behind the scenes, but our impact is felt throughout every athletic department, championship, facility, and event that we proudly support. I am committed to building upon a legacy of service, strengthening our community and championing the people who make everything possible. I am proud to represent CEFMA and look forward to providing opportunities for our members to connect, learn and support one another as college athletics continues to evolve and change. The 2025-26 year is about our members and ensuring that whatever challenges we face, we face them together, in pursuit of a positive outcome for everyone involved."
Larson replaces
Brad Brown, senior associate AD, facilities and operations at NC State, who will serve in the role of Immediate Past President. In addition to Brown,
Nick Nagel, associate AD, facilities, event operations and capital projects at Georgia Tech will serve as 1
st Vice President and
Devon Hendricks, deputy AD for external operations at Emory University as 2
nd Vice President and
Cass Ferguson, senior associate AD, facilities and events at UNC Charlotte as Executive Committee Rep (Communications), while CEFMA welcomes
Jordan Hoover, associate AD for facilities and operations at Catholic University as Executive Committee Rep (DEI) for the 2025-26 membership year.
Working alongside the CEFMA Officers will be the Board of Directors, comprised of:
Jennifer Aguilar, executive associate AD for internal operations at UNC Greensboro;
Jon Allen, senior associate AD / facilities, operations and events at Clemson University;
John Bugner, director, championships and alliances at the NCAA;
Diane Cassimire, associate AD for sport administration at Indiana University;
Chaz Coleman, assistant AD for facilities and operations at George Mason University;
Brooke Croshier-Sidebotham, director – stadium, arena and campus event services at University of Utah;
Garron Lucius, associate AD, facilities at University of Notre Dame;
Andrew Lundt, associate AD/ operations, events and facilities at George Washington University;
Tony Nguyen, deputy AD/ operations at University of West Florida; and
Leslie Van Dyke, assistant director of stadium and game operations at the College Football Playoff.
