CLEVELAND – The Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA) is excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2026 CEFMA Regional Conferences!
This year, CEFMA will host two regional events designed to provide in-person learning, networking, and professional development opportunities for members across the country:
Southwest Regional Conference
- Dates: February 3–4, 2026
- Location: Southern Methodist University (SMU), Dallas, Texas
Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference
- Dates: February 23–24, 2026
- Location: Washington, D.C., hosted by The George Washington University and Stevenson University
"Our regional conferences are a cornerstone of CEFMA's mission to connect and empower professionals in event and facility management," said Megan Larson, current CEFMA President. "These gatherings provide hands-on learning and meaningful networking opportunities that strengthen our community and elevate best practices across the industry."
Each regional conference will feature a full day of programming, preceded by a social event the evening before. Agendas are being finalized and will be shared soon.
Registration Details
- Log in to your NACDA membership portal and click on 'Event Registrations' on the left side.
- Non-Member rate: $25
- Member rate: No Cost
- You must be a paid CEFMA member for 2025-26Â in order to receive this rate. You can renew your membership within your portal anytime at members.nacda.com.
- No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations after the date that is 30 days prior to the event date.
