The National Association of Athletic Ticket Sales & Operations (NAATSO) is excited to launch the Ticket Team of the Year Award. We are looking forward to honoring the achievements of the NAATSO community and creating recognition for outstanding ticketing efforts across departments, divisions, and conferences.
To be considered for Ticket Team of the Year Award, a staff member at your institution must submit a nomination by April 28, 2025.
Nomination Process:
- Institutions will self-nominate by creating a document that exemplifies how their team went above and beyond throughout the year
- One nomination per institution
- All nominations will be shared in the NAATSO Community when the finalists are announced prior to the 2025 NAATSO Convention, presented by TFL
- The winner will be announced at the 2025 NAATSO Convention, presented by TFL
Nomination Criteria:
- Nominations should be between two and five pages in length, not including a title page and team member page in PDF format.
- Submissions must include only data from the 2024-2025 academic year
- Graphics, Images, and charts may be used in the final submission
- A nomination should touch on three areas:
- Revenue Generation
- What was the overall revenue generation impact throughout the academic and athletic year for the athletic department? What was your percentage growth? How was the ticket office able to increase revenue?
- Innovation
- How was the ticket office innovative throughout the year? What ideas came to life through the ticket office?
- Collaboration
- How was the ticket office able to work with other areas of the athletic department? Including but not limited to marketing, creativity, development, communications, sports administration.

- Process and Weight:
- At the conclusion of the nomination period, the Strategic Communications Committee will determine the 3-5 finalists with approval from the NAATSO Executive officers.
