Program Overview
This program identifies and engages talented ethnic and gender minority collegiate students, student-athletes, and athletic administrators (not currently in development roles) by introducing them to the field of athletics development. Through monthly virtual meetings with industry leaders, participants will gain foundational knowledge, build networks, and explore career pathways in fundraising and development.
Key Program Features
- Open to minority students, student-athletes, and athletic administrators not currently in development roles
- Six-month virtual program: January – June 2026
- Monthly sessions with NAADD alumni, industry leaders, and past presidents
- Optional attendance at the NAADD Convention: June 7–10, 2026
