ROI Cohort Annoucement

The National Association of Athletic Ticket Sales and Operations (NAATSO) and Return on Inclusion (ROI) are delighted to unveil the distinguished participants selected for the 2024 cohort of the ROI program. This initiative, aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the athletics ticket sales and operations industry, continues to garner attention and support.

The following professionals have been chosen to embark on a transformative journey toward inclusive leadership:

Marquis Bryant, Special Assistant to the VP/AD (Chicago State University)

Megan Christensen, Associate Director, Business Operations (Sonoma State University)

Mariah Elzy, Ticket Operations Coordinator (University of California)

Ebony Jackson, Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Operations (University of California)

Andrew Keller, Associate Director for Ticketing, Sales, and Brand Advancement (Rochester Institute of Technology)

Adrienne Koesterer, Ticket Sales and Operations Manager (University of the Pacific)

Madelyn Meyer, Associate Director, Ticketing (University of Notre Dame)

Maria Moreno, Director of Ticket Operations (University of Memphis)

Rachel Myers, Director of Sales & Service (University of Michigan)

Dan Preuett, Assistant Athletic Director - Ticketing & Partnerships (University of Dayton)

Jarren Ramsey, Assistant Director of Ticket Operations (University of Mississippi)

Kyne Sheehy, Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Sales, Premium Seating and Service (University of Notre Dame)

Kathleen Smith, Director of Ticket Systems at 12th Man Foundation (Texas A&M University)

Allie Wollenweber, Account Executive for Ticket Sales (University of North Texas)

These individuals, representing a diverse range of experiences and perspectives, will engage in a comprehensive curriculum led by ROI Founder and Course Instructor, Nevin Caple. The program covers key aspects, including Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Foundations, Cultural Competence & Managing Relationships, Overcoming Bias and Decoding Microaggressions, Unpacking Racism, Anti-Racism & Privilege, LGBTQ+ Inclusion & Gender Stereotypes, and Inclusive Leadership & Strategic Plan Development.

"NAATSO is pleased to announce our second class of ROI participants," said Amanda Rider, President of NAATSO. "After an impactful first class last year, we are excited to continue to grow our partnership with ROI. The opportunities to learn, grow and champion others through this programming cannot be understated. We look forward to the impact this will make on the ticketing and athletic community!"

The ROI program, a joint initiative of NAATSO and ROI, is not just a training program but a commitment to developing inclusive leaders who champion a culture of belonging across all social and cultural spectrums. Participants will work towards earning the coveted ROI Inclusive Leader Certificate.
