The National Association of Athletic Ticket Sales and Operations (NAATSO) is currently seeking candidates for leadership positions on its Board of Directors.
Each Board member serves a minimum term of four (4) years. The upcoming term will run from June 2026 - June 2030.
As a member of the Board of Directors, an individual will assist with several duties to uphold the Association's mission of providing professional advancement opportunities to improve the overall understanding and effectiveness of ticket selling, management, operations, pricing and development.
These duties include, but are not limited to: the planning and implementation of the annual Convention, which is held in conjunction with the NACDA & Affiliates Convention Week; active participation on monthly conference calls to discuss the advancement of the Association and development of additional educational opportunities for the membership; potential service on various committees; attendance at one Board meeting per year; and any other duties assigned by the NAATSO President or Board of Directors.
Successful candidates must be:
- A current member of NAATSO
- Employed full-time on a college or university campus or conference office
- Responsible for ticket selling, external affairs and/or ticket management
- Strongly encouraged for applicants to be active with NAATSO in at least two of the following ways:
- Attended a Convention at least once in the last 5 years
- Served on a NAATSO Committee at least once in the last two years
- Presented during a Convention at least once in the last three years
- Presented during a webinar/zoom (or served as host for a Zoom) at least once in the last two years
- Authored an article for the Athletics Administration NAATSO Corner

When reviewing candidates, consideration by the Selection Committee will be given to the following areas:
- Conference Affiliation
- Geographic Location
- Gender
- Race/Ethnicity
- Divisional Affiliation
- Previous involvement in NAATSO
- Engagement on NAATSO Online Community
- Active participant on a NAATSO committee
- Ability to dedicate the necessary amount of time to serve on the Board
