CLEVELAND - The National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) is excited to announce the winners of the 17^th Annual Diversity Initiative Program.
 
Recipients will receive stipends to attend the 2024 NAADD Convention which will take place June 9-12 at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.

"The NAADD Executive Committee is excited to introduce the 2024 Diversity Initiative Stipend recipients," stated Mitch Straub, Deputy Athletics Director at Washington State University and chair of the Diversity Initiative Committee. "This year's cohort is both dynamic and exemplary in their experiences to date. We believe that they will make a sizable impact on our industry and the NAADD Executive Committee looks forward to providing enhanced education and networking opportunities for their continued career development."
