National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) has selectedÂ
Brad Wurthman, senior associate AD – external operations at Virginia Tech, to serve as President for the 2023-24 membership year.
"I am humbled and excited to serve the NACMA Membership as President for the upcoming year," said Wurthman. "The NACMA Board is filled with talented and respected professionals, and we are committed to pushing the organization forward by providing tools, training, and resources which highlight NACMA's three pillars (Revenue Generation, Fan Development, and Brand Management) as we work to help our members be successful on their campus and in our industry."
Wurthman takes the reins fromÂ
Carrie Blankenship, senior associate AD – external operations at the University of Maryland, who will transition to the role of Immediate Past President. Serving alongside Wurthman will be: 1

Markeisha Everett, chief marketing and communications officer, University of California Berkeley, 2nd Vice President,Â
Sara Elcano, senior associate AD for external operations, Oregon State University and the NACMA Officers welcomeÂ
Zach Dayton, deputy AD, Fairfield University, as the 3rd Vice President for the 2023-24 membership year.
The Officers are joined by the NACMA Board of Directors, which will consist of:
Lauren Belisle, senior associate AD for fan experience and sales at Vanderbilt University;
Chris Grosse, senior associate AD for external strategy at the University of Connecticut;Â
Carl Hairston, director for brand marketing at ACC;
Murray Littlepage, assistant AD for marketing and fan engagement at Temple University;
Jordan Looby, associate AD for marketing strategy and fan experience at the University of Maryland;
Elaine Russell, senior associate AD for external operations at Western Michigan University and
Jamaal Walton, senior associate AD for sport administration and strategic initiatives at the University of Washington.
