CLEVELAND - The National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) is excited to announce the winners of the 16^th Annual Diversity Initiative Program.
 
Recipients will receive stipends to attend the 2023 NAADD Convention which will take place June 11-14 at the World Center Marriott Resort in Orlando, Florida.

"On behalf of the NAADD Executive Committee, congratulations to the 2023 Diversity Initiative Stipend recipients," stated Haven Fields, Deputy Athletics Director at Ball State University and chair of the Diversity Initiative Committee. "You're a distinguished group that continues to impact the athletics industry significantly. This year's group has been selected from the largest pool of candidates since the initiative's inception. The Diversity initiative Program continues to provide athletics external professionals with enhanced education and networking opportunities for amplified career development. We're excited to host this group in Orlando to celebrate this outstanding accomplishment."
