Why did you apply to ACE? 
I applied to ACE to form relationships with other compliance administrators in the industry, I love expanding my network and having the ability to collaborate with other compliance professionals in our industry. 
 
What is a valuable lesson you've learned from ACE Mentoring Program? 
A valuable lesson I learned from my mentee is that being really good at one bylaw is an asset in our field. 
 
When/why did you decide to pursue a career in college athletics? 
I always knew I wanted to work in sports and compliance really is a good merger of my working style, I love being able to do something different every day in my career. 
 
What is the one thing that has surprised you about working in college athletics? 
The people, every place I have ever worked has been like a family, and I love the sharing of ideas to get to a solution. 
 
What is one thing about your career that motivates you the most? 
Making an impact on the lives of student athletes.? 
 
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? 
Hopefully still working in college athletics.

My favorite vacation spot is anywhere I can get warm weather and great food.
