NAADD Announces Recipients of the 2022 Diversity Initiative Program

The National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) is excited to announce the winners of the 15th Annual Diversity Initiative Program.

Recipients will receive stipends to attend the 2022 NAADD Convention, as well as the Fundamentals of Athletic Development (FOAD) sessions, which will take place on June 26 at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.

"On behalf of the NAADD Executive Committee, I would like to congratulate all of our 2022 Diversity Initiative Stipend recipients," stated Michael Oblinger, Senior Associate AD at the University of Connecticut and chair of the Diversity Initiative Committee. "Like in past years, we have had a very strong applicant pool, and we are extremely excited to offer these selected applicants the opportunity to attend the 2022 NAADD Convention. In its 15th year, the Diversity Initiative Program grants winners the ability to enhance their career development through networking and educational opportunities. We look forward to welcoming them in Las Vegas to celebrate with our past winners from the 2020 cohort."
