CEFMA Announces 2021-22 Officers and Board of Directors

CLEVELAND – The Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association (CEFMA) has selected Keisha Dunlap, senior associate commissioner/chief operating officer at Conference USA, as President for the 2021-22 membership year.

"What an honor to have the opportunity to lead CEFMA as President of the Association. The world of college athletics has endured so much in the last 15 months, and I look forward to taking the reins into the 2021-22 season where we hope to see more in-person and face-to-face interactions with our facility and events colleagues and friends," said Dunlap. "I'd like to thank Justin Newell for navigating through this past year and I'm also thankful for our esteemed group of board members who have kept our heads above water and provided invaluable virtual content to our members this past year. As an organization, we pledge to continue to engage our members through fresh and innovative programming and look forward to navigating the path to our 'return to normal'. I'm thankful for this opportunity." 
 
Dunlap replaces Justin Newell, assistant AD for NCAA compliance, facilities, and operations at Kenyon College, who will serve in the role of Immediate Past President. In addition to Dunlap, Julie Cribbs, director of game/event management at LSU will serve as 1st Vice President and Derek Doolittle, associate AD for facilities/operations/capital projects at UCLA as 2nd Vice President, while CEFMA welcomes Brad Brown, senior associate AD – internal operations at Army West Point as 3rd Vice President for the 2021-22 membership year.

Working alongside the CEFMA Officers will be the Board of Directors, comprised of: Scott Arey, associate AD for event management at Northwestern University; Jessica Chrabaszcz, associate AD, internal operations at Yale University; Kelsie Harkey, deputy AD/student-athlete experience at Cleveland State University; Devon Hendricks, assistant AD for events at University of Texas; Ericka Hoon, assistant AD for events at The Ohio State University; Corey Jenkins, senior associate AD for facilities and operations at the University of South Dakota; Nick Nagel, senior associate AD/facilities & event management at the University of North Texas; Matt Singer, assistant AD for facilities and operations at Sacramento State; Keanah Smith, senior associate AD at Western Michigan University and Megan Larson, assistant AD, operations & events at the University of Washington.
