CABMA Announces 2020-21 Executive Committee

CLEVELAND – The College Athletic Business Management Association (CABMA) has selected Brandi Bryant, associate AD for student-athlete services and strategic initiatives at Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA), to serve as President for the 2020-21 membership year.

"It is both humbling and rewarding to be respected and trusted by your peers to be their leader. I have gained so much from the friendship and leadership of Sharron Brummell and numerous Past Presidents and I would be remiss not to say thank you," stated Bryant. "I am grateful for the service of the Executive Committee, CABMA Committees and our membership. It is their unwavering desire to lead, innovate, and grow that has allowed for the continued success of CABMA and its numerous contributions to our industry. Relationships that have been developed from these groups will stay with me long after my tenure with CABMA is complete. The recent events remind us that our greatest purpose is the student-athlete and it should be at the heart of everything we do. Our challenges will change us, and I truly believe that our best years are ahead. I am honored to serve as the President of CABMA during such unprecedented times."

Bryant is joined by 1st Vice President Patricia Moran, associate AD for business and finance at Virginia Tech, 2nd Vice President Tim McCleary, assistant AD/budget & finance at the University of Minnesota, and the newest member of the CABMA Executive Committee, Kevin Campbell who will serve as 3rd Vice President for the 2020-21 membership year. Campbell was voted in by the membership via a virtual voting process and currently serves at the assistant athletics director – business operations at Georgetown University.
