CLEVELAND – After another successful campaign, theÂ
College Athletics Business Management Association (CABMA)Â is proud to accept applications for the 2021-22 CABMA Mentor Me Program, sponsored by
Shorts Travel Management.
This year-long program pairs an experienced athletics business professional (First Line Mentor) with a young professional in the industry (Protégé). All participants receive in-depth training in mentoring techniques and leadership principles.

Mirrored after the United States Coast Guard Academy's Leadership program, the CABMA Mentor Me Program is designed to foster professional and personal growth, as well as encourage a continual commitment to CABMA by connecting members, empowering them with knowledge and allowing them to grow into strong leaders.
