NAAC Launches Expanded ACE Mentoring Program

CLEVELAND - NAAC's Professional Development Committee is excited to present the new, expanded Athletics Compliance Elite (ACE) Mentoring Program to include a Senior Management Mentoring group and a New Professional Mentoring group.
  • The New Professional Mentoring group will continue to offer junior level professionals an opportunity to grow within the compliance industry while building a valuable relationship with a veteran professional.  NAAC members interested in applying to be a mentee should be between one and three years of full-time experience working in NCAA compliance.

  • The new Senior Management Mentoring track is designed to match senior level professionals, whose next step is to run a compliance department or are currently new to overseeing a department, with a leader in the compliance industry.  Mentees must have either 2 years or less of experience overseeing/supervising a compliance office or 2 years or more of experience in a secondary leadership position within a compliance office.

A select group of applicants will be invited to attend exclusive programming at the 2019 NAAC Convention. The participants will have the opportunity to meet with prominent individuals in our industry while developing valuable contacts. The ACE Program will take place the morning of Saturday, June 8 at the World Center Marriott Resort in Orlando, Florida, kicking off the NAAC Convention.
