Why: The CTSA's Awards Reception will pay tribute to special individuals with the highest ethical standards in sport, whose lives and careers have reflected an enduring commitment to citizenship, sportsmanship and community service. The awards event occurs during the final evening of the 2004 National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) Convention.
