Greg Dana and Conor Larkin from the NCAA will discuss recent developments in NCAA legislation and policy related to initial-eligibility requirements for NCAA Divisions I and II and progress-toward-degree requirements for two-year college transfers to Division I. A brief review of season-of-competition waivers and extensions of eligibility for two-year college student-athletes transferring to Division I will also be provided.
